by I sat there in gym class chatting with a few friends while sitting on the bleachers waiting for my turn up at bat. I looked up and Murat (a rather athletic kid) strolled on up to the plate. He slammed the ball and the bat went flying...right in to my shoulder. It was such a painful expiernce!!! my shoulder swelled up and turned all red, and now I have a huge mark on my shoulder. You must also keep in mind this happened 2ND PERIOD! Itis now 9:30pm and I am still in rather great pain...

Just to let everyone know...Wiffle Ball season at Matteo Park will be opening March 30th at 2pm. The new rule book is in and the stat sheets are getting processed as we speak. We will be having tryouts for starting pitchers for opening game soon....

I have other stories about base ball and softball from back in the day...but well save that for another time...
I got a softball to the throat once... i was to busy macking it.
I got hit in the mouth by a metal baseball bat and chipped my tooth....you know what they say, when you drink something cold and your nerves are exposed.....
