Psychosomatic....totally insane?
by this is just a little story for your reading pleasure.....in my psychology class, we're only supposta have 3 absences (dont know why) and i have 6...(ur supposta lose 1/2 of a grade w/ each additional absence)...so i talked to my professor after class to try to get rid of a few. (whine and complain basically) (i also had a docs. note for one day) but he said no, obviously...(explaining that ur GIVEN 3 absences IN CASE ur sick, blah blah) so then i explained what HE had taught in class that very day..about different personality types and how he was a type A- which is very time oriented, serious, ect. and I was type B- more laid back, easy going whatever, and i explained it wouldnt be fair for him to penalize me for a trait that's genetic. so after my shpeal(sp)...which he was laughing very much at throughout...he decided to take off 3 absences. and threatend my life if i was absent or late again. how's that for quick thinking! :-D

dude i wish i could do the same thing, i am way over my limit i think we are allowed 6 in each class and i have like 10-12 absences. DUDE i'm paying to take these classes so why do they have to be so hysterical about it. NOw i think I have like a C rather than an A which is just out right STUPID!
it's so funny you mention this.. because i got a letter from the dean the other day and i'm getting kicked out of school or the semester at least for absences. so frustrating i was sick !

O man that stinks, i cant stand the school system. Just kicking you out for the semeseter is just another ploy to get more money out of you when you take the classes over! WHAT CHEAP LOSERS!
hah at my school i gauge my attendance in how many classes i have shown up to as days i have missed is too many to count. Its all good i expect my nice passin grade and diploma :)
