deathboarding isn't so bad. i didn't want to do it at first 'cause the idea is stupid: you're strapped to a board with no way out flying down a hill. it's fun though. i think surfing is worse (i'm assuming you know about that being from the malibu area). you're foot is strapped to a board that can drag you underwater. drowning...not the way i want to go. i prefer smashing into a tree and going quickly.
I agree with you. When you think about it, it really does sound crazy. But I think its one of the greatest sports EVER.
i do mostly bunny slopes cuz im scared of other stuff- peeps made me go down a black diamond last year- but then i had the wonderful help of my fine friends Janine & Andrew
i prefer butt boardng, its where u sit on the board and go donw the mountain with only your feet to stop u which is basically useless and your body weight to steer a lil. Best idea to stop is fall off and hope ur board doesnt kill some little kid, but extrememly fun!
weeeeeeeeee! dude that is SO much fun! the first year i ever went i didnt take my board off and do that, i just slid down on my back and lifted my board in a way i could steer it.... lol good times
yep no matter how bad your day is, just ending it by butt boarding makes it all ok :)
haha-yeah the day we did that with you in VT I didn't get hurt all day boarding but sliding down backwards I pinched something in my neck trying to turn my head to make sure i wasn't going into the woods. what an idiot!

ahh, yeah. most people do this on bunny hills. ever try it on a black diamond? the best is to have races at the end of the day when they close the mountain. stick around for a bit till no one's around, then go crazy. this is probably the one time I would actually use a leash in some manner.
some reason on a black diamond i think ud loose ur board if u fall off, thus a leash should be used
