by Mike and I have been having a debate over tuxedoes. He refuses to believe that a wedding is really the bride's day, so he insists on picking the gayest looking jackets:

Your not unreasonable. I can relate. :) When making a decision like this always think of what it will look like in 10 years. When you look back at your pictures you want to say wow, we looked good...not wow, we looked so 80's. Pick something classic, that doesn't go out of style. I think the tuxes katie picked out are classic and very nice. Sometimes I talk but when i type it doesn't make any sense. It makes complete sense to me, but does that make sense to you guys?

i go to the NYSC in Mahwah, like 30 seconds from my house...you can come to my gym anytime, I'll get you in free under the "help a friend lose 30 lbs in 30 days" program (man mike i love kidding with you- you know i love you)
the other day driving out from nyc we saw a sign for Mahwah and we were vanessa's like, "let's go visit dan hill in mahwah."

Sorry Katie, I have to agree w/ Mike on the long ones. Classic is boring, and the "zoot suit" look has been around since the 20's. Now that IS classic. It's not like it's ragingly horrific and will go out of style next week, it's only a longer coat. But on Katie's side, Mike, if you had left Katie alone to the other decisions, maybe she wouldn't give you a hard time about this. Since you put your 2 cents in about the girls' dresses, etc, doesn't she deserve to put her 2 cents in about the tuxes?

some long jackets are cool, but as long as you dont get those duck like butler ones....maaaan, i HATE those...i'd have to say i prefer the more classic tuxes also.

Totally my concern! I'm sure everyone thought powder blue suits were the coolest ever, and I'm sure your dad's skin tight bell bottoms were in, too. You dont see ME wearing a totally ridiculous dress, do you?!! My style is very classic and elegant and those long jackets wouldnt go.
I think Mike needs a shorter jacket because of his height. DONOVAN, however, looks great in longer jackets because he's a little shorter. I think Mike just needs to stop trying to be my boyfriend and we'll all be ok. Seriously Mike, you're not that cool.

ummmm i think the woman is right. i dont know any of you. but i prefer the more classic look myself. i put the guys choices in the same category as the kids in the conventions who walk around in orange and yellow suits, with a cane, and a feather hat. (yes thai that includes you)
just because i express myself in colors does not mean you are allowed to jest about me. At least i dont have a bunny toy animal thats missing some limbs !

thanks tinner, although i have to say, i am involved in ALOT of the stuff, pretty much everything, although i DONT make the decsion, i just throw my two cents in every once in a while when i feel that somethings are dumb and whatnot...

yo, what you should get is a Cannoli cake! thats the best...my brother and sister both had that..wedding cake filled with cannoli cream...yumm!
we had cannoli filling too-it was amazingly good! And still good after a year in the freezer too!
mmm get both rum cake with cannoli cream filling....my coworker bought me 4 mini cannolis today. i am a chain cannolier....they are SO good.
