lets start a new era
by So i was in LI all w/e. I had a great time (thanks again Janner!!) But i learned a lot of things!! First ill tell you what i did, then ill give you a things learned list!! This is the first instalation of many "things learned" lists. Okay, so thursday night after the meeting i drove out to long island, didnt really do anything but stayed up pretty late talking & laughing. Then friday, we slept in, and went out to lunch at IHOP w/ Jahanna, Deanna, Kim, Vanessa, and Jared. Jared got to see the side of 5 girls that most guys dont get to see... lol. Then janner & i went to the linkin park concert which was awesome. Saturday, we went out inservice then did some planning for our Europe trip. Saturday night.... we did something insane. We drove about 2 hours to a party in NJ which was south of where i live, and 2 hours all the way back to LI!! We didnt get home til 330am...nutso. but it was awesome! anyway... on to:
THINGS LEARNED:
-when making plans to go out inservice with people, sometimes they ditch you....and then again, sometimes you'll sleep in...and end up ditching
- 5 girls + 1 guy = people wonder why
-i love love love love love driving fast. but i love even MORE being driven fast!
-jahanna & i are like a broadway musical...when in conversation we break out into song.
- seeing people you used to go to skool with at a concert is completely odd and brings back memories
-when going to a concert, you should go with people who get into it, or else you feel weird...(i mean really? who goes to a concert & just SITS?!)
-i'm a traitor (okay okay, i dont love dave matthews, but i dont hate him anymore either...IM SORRY haha)
-Hi, my name is Tina, im an online addict, i go to places like the Wiz, and go online.
-angry women are scary... but women in angst... now thats just mortifying
-swerving in & out of traffic is something that ive learned to do...while driving to the party, i think thats the most crazy time ive ever driven.
-its inevitable... if youre a short guy, youre going to like a tall girl, if youre a tall guy, youre going to like a short girl, if youre a short girl youre going to like a tall guy...but if youre a tall girl, youll never like a short guy.
-going to a party where theres older people... is quite interesting
-Ty is a GREAT dancer (okay, i already knew that but, i just wanted to re-iterate it)
-The belt parkway is the longest road in the all of nj & li.
-Driving all the way to a diner for coffee annoys people
- theres no good lie, even a white one.
-i still cant tell time.
ill leave with one more....: nothing is stronger than a volunteer's heart.

Okay my list
1 - staying in a house full of guys is A LOT of fun ;)
2 - you can be as close to guy mates as girl mates yet you're not allowed to be alone together ?!? - okay i break that one
3 - Looks arent everything, especially when the guys is so boring you could scream!!!! (okay but they do help!)
4 - I seem to attract guys who like to talk a lot, and REALLY invade my personal space - not likin that!
5 - Guys assume they can invade your personal space and touch you because they are talking to you!
6 - Kebabs are mint after a night out!
7 - Blonde haired blue eyes girls should unite - as a unit we ROCK!
8 - I am the epitome of the term "pot luck", when playing snooker - i have to skill what-so-ever yet manage to pot 5 balls in a row - HA HA HA HA
9 - If you dont sleep of your alcohol, u still feel tipsy the day after, and get the shakes even worse!
10 - Oh and a purely mint cure for that headachyness is grapefruit juice!
11 - Coming in after a weekend away to the smell of fresh baked bread and cakes and a roast dinner in the over CANNOT BE BEATEN!
12 - Guys and fast cars should always go together!

no, being shallow would be liking the guy/girl that looked good but had no personality. But if you didnt like a guy/girl that had no personality (or is boring) thats not being shallow thats being normal...and the fact that they are ugly...well thats their problem hahahahahahhhahaa no but seriously, some people are just BORING...whether theyre goodlooking or not has nothing to do with it.
i think i am boring, i used to be fun... well.. sorta.. but i have gotten boring since i started working and pioneering, i think its cause im just too tired to be fun.... soo sad... i wanna be 16 again...
I think Im with you there Mike, I feel like when I was 16-19 I felt like I had fun every weekend, but ever since getting some little thing like responsibilities, it seems that I dont have as much fun as I did on weekends ...growing up is good but it also makes you think differently on how you view "fun" I guess?? I realize every monday i forget the previouse weekend. However the chinese buffet last night was great, i think we gonna get banned from that place though.
that is why you have to do what i do....write your WHOLE life down in a planner! haha, i've been doing that for the past 6 years! crazy right?

i am to lazy to write in a planner :/ i got one of the palm pilots brand new and dont use it. Must start i say! Anyway it was the first night in a while we all hung out together. We just created some havoc and had a great time being the minority in the place.
haha very good job tinner... i did have a good w/e besides my grrrness! lol i really think that i havnt been angrier than i was this w/e! i was jsut in a horrid mood...being sick...missing...having...finding out....all contributed. making out with ty though...that made everything okay. wait, did that really happen? oh wait...that was just me dreaming..hahaha.
