mmm, I really need to do this. seriously.
eye of the tiger baby!
you know, this is pretty dull for a home page topic. how about at least putting one of those goofy weight-lifting guys up there, or even ian's stock snowboarding photo...
Atually I go to teh gym every other day, so Im not doing anything special for snowboarding, cause i dedicate a gym workoutr day to legs and cardio anyway, so I think I should be good and ready for snowboarding,
I wasnt sore at all last year form restartin the season, you know how usually people get sore when they start snowboarding again, I wasnt, I was so happy! So hopefully the sam ewill be for this year
When he was saying "shhh haters" I think he was referring to me... but let me say, I've been in shape since last winter, waiting to kick everyone... this year I'm bulking up, man, I'm gonna hit 150 lbs soon! For REAL!
The best way is jogging..it builds an overall stamina.. believe me! I've been snowboarding for a while.. I think this is the 9th season AHH.. I'm getting old... seriously if you can start jogging NOW! you might be OK for Thanksgiving.. see you on the mountain...
i saw your name and i'm trying to pronounce it. it sounds like a cat as in meow. so reow. i don't know. interesting. i like it.
exactly! it's a cat sound
I make cat sounds..
hmmm, can u purr?
No..but I can do a good enough impression of a cat crying that my mom sometimes gets confused if it's me or my cat..
yeah i started running, then i got sick for a week, there goes that routine :/
i joined the gym and its really cool. It gives you a sense of completion once you leave. I love it.
