by Although war is terrible and we want to remain politically neutral, I couldn't help being extremely amused by the wacky comments that continually came from the Iraqi Minister of Information. His title I believe can be classified as an oxymoron. While news reported advancements made by allied forces, he completely contradicted reports with insane comments like "What they say about the breakthrough in Naraj is a complete illusion."
There are always two sides to a story, but this guy is ridiculous. He came out with so many great comments that they even made collection of them on a
website dedicated not only to his amusingly deluded quotes regarding the war, but the insults he throws out about Bush, Rumsfield and Co. and Americans are hilarious. The webpage is best read from bottom to top.
Maybe he was trying to trick the Iraqi people, but I sure hope he didn't truly believe the stuff he said.
