i won't ruin anything for you. so we went yesterday, the day it opened. and we purposely went early so that mike couldn't come even though he wanted to really bad. its all good. lots of people couldn't go. actually there was a large group that arrived at 7, even though that's when the movie was starting. so of course it was sold-out. then jesse and luke were in line and tickets sold out with the person in front of them. we laughed and then walked into the movies.
Front row seats. looking up at a 20 ft picture of johnny depp. oh it was quite nice. also i was never a big fan of orlando bloom. didn't see the appeal in lord of the rings, but in this movie... he was beautiful. but there simply is no comparision to johnny depp. he was suave, funny, charming, and cunning. and the way they did his make-up... it was simply amazing. all boys should wear smoky make-up with eye-liner. the movie..... if you've seen it, you know what i'm talking about. simply so amazing. and crazy. but i was kinda frightened. had to hide my eyes a few times. and there was actual burst out laughing humor that wasn't corny. we're going to see it again. best movie to come in a very long time. mainly because in previews, they didn't really tell you anything about the actual movie. you just knew it was about pirates of the caribean. special effects were sooo cool.
and the story-line!!!!! amazing.
so many shocks and thrills. too great for words. all i can say is 2 LARGE THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it was so funny how there were parts in the movie that i remember from the ride in Disney World
That was always my favorite ride! Though they messed it up when they had them chasing food instead of women because women's right activist people got all mad.
to clarify: lynz means they ruined such a good ride when the women activists harassed disney to the point where the ride got changed from the pirates chasing women, to them chasing food.
whatever! they should change the ride to Malibu chasing Johnny Depp...for food! i wonder what a flame broiled teen heart throb would taste like...
interesting. in the re-read. it appears as if i was obsessed with johnny depp, in actuality. i am the one least in love with him out of all the people i know.

Julia was quite right in her review. It was soooo AMAZING!!! There was definite squirming on Julie's part during the movie. At times, it seemed like we were the only ones laughing...but that's ok.
hahaha. that's cuz it was definetly scary!! yeah benking said the two of us laughed louder than anyone else in the theater, but i think he's lying and its the fact that he was sitting near us.
johhny must really have a thing for lil mustaches, because he dons another mustache in his next role in Once Upon a Time in Mexico! it's the continuation of Desperado with Antonia Banderas and Enrique Iglesias in his first acting role. girls start your swoonin'.

i agree! antonia is my man! he acts VERY well. he's been making some freaking great flicks! hardcore action flicks and kids flicks as well. he tosses it up.
