saying "i'm sorry you feel..." is not really an apology ... imagine if a girl was crying b/c of something i said, and i told her "i'm sorry you feel that way" ...you'd tell her to run ..... but sin...

it totally is an apology! i am sorry you feel picked on! it wasnt my intention. i wouldnt advise a girl to run from you if you were giving her an affirmation when she was upset. i would say, did you expect him to apologize for your perception? plus i gave you props for answering the question and being honest.
