no, it doens't have to be a person. it can be anything - as long as you're moving on to something else to occupy your thoughts.

yea i have to agree with superhero, and really only based on the fact that I have TOTALLY been where you've been Matt. It is like being held prisoner of sorts - but what Dan is saying is that, if you move on to the next thing, not the next person persay... but you put the energy you expend on the the prisonership in to something else. And then slowly you really do move on and completely grow as a person.
