ps: soda & other sugary beverages add a ton of extra calories...try drinking more water...& zero calorie drinks. (i'm also not having wine or other alcoholic drinks w/ dinner during the week)

i found out some "tricks" to making margaritas, long islands non-fat, no sugar and no cal's. oh and the most perfect drink, bacardi rum nad diet coke.
i dont like hard drinks w/ dinner. but i like red or white wine or a beer w/ dinner sometimes.
