holy moly that's cheap???!!!?!?!?! wowza..yeah we aren't moving to jersey anytime soon. We bought our house right before it foreclosed for 35,000. granted it was a super great deal that doesn't come along very often, but still...

haha, you should see what you get in NJ for $35,000. let's just say it MIGHT have a roof. definitely no floor or foundation tho.
