woot woot lost 7 lbs last week on my new diet: low fat, low carb, high protein. the plateau is finally over!

thanks! i'm also trying to incorporate some macrobiotic principles. not going too crazy with those though.
i know that takes a lot of concentration! it helps me eat way less than i'm used to though.
