i really don't think i'm working out too much
it's like an hour, 4 or 5 times a week
not.. you know.. 5 hours, twice a day lol i duno i really just want to give up and be humongous i think
maybe the hour a day is too much. work out a half hour or 45 mins instead of the full hour and see if that works.
