They changed the name of the album from Bleed American to self-titled. The name of the song didn't change.

Yeah but they didn't change it on the actual album that I bought.

Yeah, maybe they just changed it for the single's release? Not quite sure. Maybe newer productions runs of the full album have it changed as well.
