Yup. A lot of those English/Irish names that end in y are unisex. Shirley, Courtney, Lindsay, Terry, etc...

Really? I tend to think that L's are very feminie. Like, even the name Lawrence isn't too manly sounding and...well I don't like the name Larry but it's the nasty A in there that makes it sound more manly then the L does.

Hah, when I was trying to think up L names I couldn't think of ANY! But you're right. Luke..that's definetly a guy and Louis that can be a girl name, Lester..ugh.
L's definitely do help make a name sound more feminine. In fact, my favorite girl's name has an l in it. But "Lindsay" (as well as the other names I mentioned) sounds more tomboyish than feminine to me.
