Ouch
UGHGHG. OK, so I'm going to colorado on Saturday, and I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't go snowboarding this week just in case anything bad happened. So anyway, I went riding last night. only North was open, and there were prolly 6 people on the slopes altogether. I was riding with some friends and we were videotaping eachother. The conditions were horrible. we had to hike down half of the park just to get to the snow, then avoid huge dirt/mud patches.
So anyway, I go off this jump that used to be a rail, but they took the rail out and kinda turned it into a short, long table-top.
I went off it, did a 360, but didn't quite land it. Then next run, we tried it again. This time I definitely didn't land it. I think I got full rotation, and then I was sideways, maybe I flipped, I'm not sure, but I landed on my face. slammed my head into the ground. Saw stars and got the wind knocked out of me. Blood everywhere we ride down to the bottom, everyone's staring at me, I wash up in the bathroom, have some food and go back out.
my nose is like twice its normal size with some nice gashes in it and my whole face is scratched up. at least I didn't break anything, and it won't hinder my trip. my kneck's a little sore from the whiplash, so I hope that goes away. oh well.

good thing i skipped mtn creek yesterday then, hour and half just to ride dirt patches is not fun! Least you didnt do more damage and can still walk ;)
what were you thinking?! its a good thing you didnt kill yourself and ruin your whole colorado trip... and my life.
I don't know. I'm stupid, and I was feeling adventurous. ...A lethal combination.
