ian said i should post something, so here is a little some i wrote
Do you ever wonder where your life is heading?
What it will lead to?
Your life course
It is most assuredly not going to pan out as you thought
So why do we plan?
Why do we go to all the effort of structuring our lives?
If little things like emotions, especially love
Are going to dash it to pieces?
Love is one of those funny things
I mean what does everybody want
Regardless of race, colour, religion or nationality
It is of course love
So why do so many people put their careers ahead?
Maybe if we all sought out love first
Became truly happy with who we are
Then we could pursue a career
But of course life doesn’t work like that
Forced as soon as we’re out of nappies to determine out future
“Now children” asked the reception class teacher
“what do you want to be when you grow up?”
I mean our whole life is focused onto what we should do
Our prospects, what we will attain
But why cant we just live for the now?
Have fun
Be happy
No worries
Ha! As if human society will ever “devolve” to that
Yes, believe it or not
Many would see that as a step back
Well tell me then
How can focusing your life on joy
Happiness
Love and
Experiences
Be a step back
Surely that is the best way to learn
Even today people highly value experience
I mean love isn’t just romantic love
If we cultivated all forms of love
Especially agape
Surely the world as a whole would be a better place
But people see love as being soppy
Agape?
love based on principle?
loving your enemy?
If it were applied we would have no enemies
How could that be so terrible?
Can you call that “soppy”?
Oh well
I'll leave u you to your sad, career conscious,
Meaningless lives
And return to my own pathway of despair!

Well as they say if u look for love you wont find it, work is just somethin
to fill the void and hopefully make you feel accomplished at something so your life isnt totally meanigless.

interesting point, it isn't that sort of poem though, i just put down what comes out, what i feel or sometimes what i feel wouldinterest people.

sorry i mean that sarcasticly, would be nice if everyone was friendly to everyone i guess. At times im anti social and could care less about meeting new people so i guess it all depends on the person.

I talked to a few people from england and they never seemed sarcastic. I can see it being the home of depression if you get as much rain as i have been told. I think NYC gets crown of sarcastic or would that be just out right no care for anyone living around them. Hmm maybe both who knows.

Well i have a lack of patientnce and i am very sarcastic which dont mix when a dumb person is involved. It would be funny for a little while then a blunt remark about them will probably follow :). My cousin and alot of his friends have been to england and said it was nice for the most part, i was gonna go but that fell through. Then i was goin to ireland to see some friends and that fell through. However i am going to vancouver, canada but thats just a tad bit in the opposite direction from england. One of these years ill make it there.
im jealous, ive always wanted to go to that part of Europe. I have visited Germany Austria and Italy, but i REALLY wanna go to Ireland and England.
I would fancy a holiday to England again. I had loads of fun when I was out there, but I dont think I have the quid for it. You know? Sarcasm all you birds out there have sarcasm, especially those from Leeds. I loved London and the whole experience, I think I may return in '02 but not exactly sure.
Hrm i cant see english people be sarcastic but if thats the case i may have to go out there and lay some New York sarcastic smack down on them folks :) And enjoy the coutry and lil mini cars too while im there i guess.

I dont think they would let me have a tv show so this works a little bit better. This is also another alternative to AIM, however responses take just a lil bit longer and a person you are talkin to may be sleeping for hours at the time you say somethin to them.
