i find dead lifts are the best exercise you can do. they are certainly one of the best for building mass. they get everything, legs, back shoulders, even abs and forearms.
yeah you're right. i think im just gonna try and eat like every hour or so.
i think focusing on mainly legs and back is the way to go. you definitely build muscle fastest in your legs.
i got switched to 862 recently...i still cant get used to it.
im doing three protein shakes a day double scoops, and im gonna try and do four meals. mostly peanut butter and jelly, pasta, tuna fish, whatever is there pretty much.
