Frankie of the Frankie Abernathy -- the punked-out, boat-phobic rock chick of MTV's "Real World: San Diego" fame -- died at the age of 25 on Saturday at her mother's home in Shorewood, Wisc.
Abernathy suffered from cystic fibrosis, though an official cause of death has yet to be determined, according to MTV News. During her stint in the "Real World" house, Frankie exhibited symptoms of cystic fibrosis, such as difficulty breathing and immune-system impairment, and it was a significant part of her storyline on the show.
Frankie had some tumultuous times on the show, and ended up leaving the house before the end of the season.

Don't know about weather anywhere else last night but here there was lightning, thunder, and hail. I was not feeling so hot but, I needed to make a quick run out. When the storm subsided I made a break for it.
Where I needed to go was only literally right around the corner.
As I was turning up this hill, my tire slipped and hit this curb HARD.
The sound my car made was HORRENDOUS, not to mention how slowly and with what degree of difficulty I was moving =(
Long story short, called AAA @ 8:00-ish waited the initial approx. 60min...called back, I would supposedly be serviced between 10:00 & 10:30 =(

actually they're REALLY good live (sound/quality) but are boring to watch.
I saw them live. I couldn't wait for them to go off the stage, because RHCP were up next. They certainly did not impress me. I think I attempted to talk through their show. Ran out of voice, and was forced to listen.

yeah, i'll agree that their live show isn't very exciting. they don't hop around and do timed jumps and spins and dances. they kinda just play the music and leave. it's about the music.
its def about the music but there are just some bands that are boring to watch ya know. you might as well as just purchase the "live" listen to it on your ipod and layout at the beach.
That's how Weezer is. Seen em a few times and i love them, but they're so boring live! they just stand there the entire time, and don't talk to the audiance at all!

i saw queens of the stone age on conan once, and they really weren't that good.
strung out on the other hand is probably one of the best bands ever formed. saw them live once, and it was insane.

okayyy, i gave this an honest listen because i felt bad talking crap....and it's ALL fusion. it doesn't ever do it's own thing. sounds like punk/hardcore/metal/butt rock/emo/etc. it's all style points and showing off. very good guitar work though. it sounds like the opening band you watch from the bar as you wait for something interesting to come on.
i listened to it yesterday twice while i was working on my new place. i really liked it but i was a bit distracted so i need to listen a few more times. seemed like a lot of it was a continuation of their last album which i loved. they are awesome
i listened again today in my car and i liked it more. musically it's unbelievable.
I listened to this driving around today - I wasn't too impressed. I think 'The elements of sonic defiance' is their best album, and the last one and this one aren't as tight as that one. Lyrically, I think their new album is a 4 out of 10. They always have good guitar work and interesting composition, but if the lyrics suck, who cares? I think they were listening to too many Ataris albums when they wrote the latest album.
I like the new album but I agree it's not my favorite. A couple songs I've listened to and thought that they sound just like a few songs on the last one.

Does anyone know what's up with Evite??? I know they've updated certain features but, I think I found a glitch. There's a new feature that allows Evite to take your OLD EMAIL account and any invitations sent to that one...and MERGE it with whatever your most reccent address is. It's actually a great feature but, I responded to an Evite with my newly merged account (had to say NO =() but, the Evite still lists me as not responded. What did I do wrong???

I'd like to apologize. It's been a frustrating week for me. I should have been staying home instead of pushing myself to go to work with a blown up ankle and foot. Today is the first day I have rested. My sides are all chaffed up from crutches, my forearms are sore, and my other leg has tendinitis in the knee. I'm very cranky this week.

I play in a baseball league. I was running from 1st to 2nd and lost my footing as I tried to stop, then my ankle gave out. The second baseman told me what I did looked pretty nasty. It's been a week and I still can't walk on it. There is tremendous bruising. A brother and his wife took me to the hospital on Sunday because I was in a lot of pain during the meeting. It's only a sprain, but it's not pretty. Pain has subsided, but like I said, no pressure can be exerted on it.
take a few shots of tequila...that'll take the pain away! LOL
sprains can be worse than breaks, and can take longer to heal properly, too. Sorry to hear about this man. rest up, and take good care of it

I have a frozen Thai meal for lunch (it's imported) and it has instructions for heating per Watts of your microwave. Never seen that before.
the hardest part of making the meal will be figuring out what the wattage of your microwave is. they never put it in nice big letters right on the front.
I figured it was at least 1000 so I went with the highest number of Watts on the package. It worked. :) Tasty treat! So not on my diet, but very tasty. The nice part is there were no additives/preservatives.
