I concur. Take the Sex Pistols? They hated music labels so much they "swindled" two of them and then only made one record, expressing their distaste. That's the true definition of punk.

Hahaha ur such a loser! I don't feel the need to make up for my "lost youth", because I had a youth, and it was awesome. Now I'm happily married and I love the bands I listen to. You're just obs...

1. Ok, what was the last poem you read? 2. You are saying the bands you like are "punk"; you're trying to defend what you listen to to the rest of us, but I gotta tell you - no one cares what ...

1. Mike, you are NOT allowed to judge lyrics. Good lyrics are poetry, and when was the last time you read a poem? Case closed - you're not the judge. 2. It IS annoying that little kids on ...

Correct spelling is a life skill. Alex is still in school; he'd look like a fool for spelling it that way on a paper.

I think I've read maybe 7 of his other books and I've liked em all. He's got the same kind of "people are only animals" freundian type themes to all of his books, but he relays them all very well ...

I recently read i[Ape and Essence]i by Aldous Huxley. Seriously, Huxley can do no wrong in my mind; I love all of his stuff that I've read. This book is an allegory, but it's basically abou...

His stuff is really great. Yeah, I've got no "booky" friends around here; I'll be reading a novel while Donovan reads a technical book about a programming language. :(

I'd love to do this if I lived closer! I'm going to check out those Eggers titles; if you're into Vonnegut as well, I trust your opinion. I just checked, and our library has them in, so I'll ...

Oh, that's who you mean! Her face was gross, but she was wearing a tiny mesh shirt with a bikini top, right? How could you not think she was a girl?

I'm super pissed about the lack of sentinels. You teased us all, Ian, you teased us all!!!! They could've done so much more with the story. I read one spoiler that said the cure was actually som...

I want my $16 and the two hours of my life back. This movie sucked on so many levels.

Shoot Donovan a message - he's recoding our page in JSP and found a host for like $9/month. I can't remember the name of the company, though.

I read an interesting tip in Budget Travel recently: Instead of using tiny padlocks on your backpack or on luggage, connect your zippers with key rings. They're just as much of a pain to get off ...
