bad grammar is the most annoying thing in the world to me - sure i'm not perfect but when I get an email that says: 'i seen ur website and i like what i seen' - it makes me feel insane
i came from another country and i learned how to write in english so people who are from here really should be able to master the grammar
but what drives me really insane is when I see something like "your" instead of "you're" and "there" instead of "their" or "they're"

no, I love when people say "should of" and "could of" instead of "should HAVE" and "could HAVE"...ahhh, the American school systems :)
I think part of it is culture. My early ele school was tough on kids who couldn't spell or pronounce. The kids too. I led the Spelling Gang in the school and we had rulers and everything beating up the kids who couldn't spell. If a kid didn't read a paragraph within a certain time limit we would steal their lunch money and count it right in front of them because they probably could not count either.
We would make them write, "Oh Spelling gang members, you're the best with all of your efforts to hurt the kids who can't spell like you all can. They're not worth living their whole lives, so you might as well kill us now." Then we'd steal the pens and pencils they had since they were no use to them anyway.

what are you doing with your old board?
it's delaminating, dude. It's dangerous to inexperienced riders, it doesn't hold the one edge too great. So I'm probably gonna use for my spring snowboarding when there's lots of rocks and junk, and otherwise keep it as an ornament.
thats what i use my old board for, spring rock season and the park as it has more spring to it.
some lady rescued a squirrel, and her dog had puppies around the same time.

Hey! I need some snowboarders opinion's. Should I buy the Burton Ion Boots in Brown in a 1/2 size smaller than I usually buy? It might be fine. I find that in my current Burton's, I slide around a lot inside...now that they are broken in.

Were you able to try them on? did you try them on with big/multiple pairs of socks? if you can't try them on, i would go w/ my regular size. you can always put more socks on once they are broken in but who wants tortured feet for the first couple of seasons?
the problem is, my reg. size is NOT available
I went with a size smaller when I got my boots last year and it was snug at first but after riding all day in them, it got very uncomfortable... I had to go and get my size. After I did that, it felt oh so much better... so I would say, dont go smaller, because it may not break in and your feet will kill you when you ride....
with most snowboarding boots my feet kill me anyway. I can't go bigger... I can't try these on, either...

yes! Everything is perfect, but the boots are 1/2 a size smaller than my last burton boots. Then again, maybe they're perfect. I used to wear a whole size smaller boots before I went to burton. I'll just go for it, and sell it if they're too tight.

I find that anytime i buy boots i buy a LITTLE smaller then my size... i like everything to be tight.
Hahaha - my boots are little boys' because they're cheaper and my feet are small. I always like more space cuz you can wear thicker socks, but you can't chop off your toes (cinderella style).

No prob. And FYI, as a fellow busty lady, I should warn you that I ordered an extra large dress (which they say will fit a 42 bust) and it was too small in that area (and too large everywhere else); I still have to get it altered. Very frustrating.

It's a pain, but you just need to find a good tailor. I remember I got this fabulous velvet dress from VS once and the bust was like 5 inches too small, but my tailor made it perfect. I wish I had those kind of sewing skills.

so i just found out that one of the spanish congs in anaheim was disabandoned (is that the correct term?) the CO came in, cleaned house and since there are a shortage of elders in the spanish they split one spanish (desp. needed) and sent some there and to another surrounding spanish hall. so now with the change there are 3 spanish congs, one english and they're bringing in a japanese...which is totally exciting.

anyone who skis or rides should go see the new warren miller film. not only do you get a couple hundred dollars worth of free tix to different mountains but it's very inspirational. Esp the guy who jumps off a 245 ft cliff with his skis and lands on his back in the snow. Well that's not inspirational, more like outright crazy but it was fun to watch. Afterwards I thought "man, i am so stoked to ride" and then i thought "stoked? i must be channeling gina" haha

we had WAY too much office space for the amount of employees we have. (we had layoffs in January)
We had about 1500 square feet per employee, and you really only need like 500 or something.
So now we have 16 employees, and only cubes/offices for 16 people. hehe
oh wow....are they done with the layoffs?

i've been with the company for over 7 years (since day 1), and we've had LOTS of layoffs. hehe
