So I've wanted an iPod forever... a proper one.. I had a Nano at one time and gave it to my sister as a gift. On Saturday, I was remembering again that I had pound notes left over from my last English getaway that I didn't wind up using and never had exchanged back for dollars. I found out that there's like one closer place than Newark airport to do real time FX. Which turned out to be a TravelEx in Edison @ Menlo Park Mall and good news... they also happen to have an Apple shop. So yada yada yada kill two birds with one stone and I'm one massive ipod closer to music freedom. woo hoo!

Ah, it could be Gary Coleman playing the part, I'd still see it. LOL
He was actually excellent in the role. A definite must see movie. Jeff Bridges was really good in it too. I like that they didn't overdo it with effects and concentrated on the story. But the effects were also really cool as well.
iron man was great! downy jr did a great job, the effects were awesome, and they didnt drag out the fight scenes rediculously. overall i give it 10 out of 10 stars... it kept me entertained the entire time
OMG it was EXCELLENT!! i loved it....and...i take it back about RDJ. after seeing it...i think they picked the perfect one annnnd....i dont think anyone else could've done a better job.

There's a new trailer for it. Looks pretty sweet. I think the fact that Ang Lee didn't direct it and Eric "No Emotion" Bana is not in it, will make it much better. Edward Norton is a good actor. He reminds me of Bill Bixby from the TV show.

i dont know if i mentioned this on here...but i work out at the gym at 4am and i always see this guy drinking coffee while doing his workout. SO gross!
There's a reason for that. Caffeine gives you that extra edge to push yourself harder. Sometimes I'll have a cup before a workout.
um, still gross....but i can SEE doing it BEFORE a workout. but drinking it WHILE you're working out. ANNNND hello...there are a TON of energy drinks out there...
Coffee is cheaper. I don't drink anything during a workout other than water.

So last night I picked up Mario Kart for Wii. All I can say is ... Wow.
First off - this brings back so many memories of being 17 - 21, and playing Mario Kart 64 and Diddy Kong. (Back in the day, Muffy was annoyingly good at Diddy Kong). This game includes the wheel (a odd piece of plastic), so I bought another one for Lauren. We battled, raced, went online and raced some people from Japan, and had a blast.
If you don't like shooting people ... video games can still be fun. This definitely proves it.
Dude the wheel, surprisingly, makes it so worth it. It's so much fun playing with other people too. The game's dynamics make it fun and yet still easy to play with anyone.

there's one i've used in ramsey, they were slow so i do not recommend.
well, you only have to drive there twice. once to drop it off, and once to pick it up. usually the ones recommended by the insurance company will do a very good job, and spare no expense.
yeah and if you go to on recommended by the ins company, its guaranteed...so if its not up to standards they have to fix it again at their expense.

i'm not really into the stock market or anything (kinda worried about it right now) but as a joke (since I'm not giving Steve Jobs any more money for a new ipod until one comes out with bluetooth - my current one is from Fed. 2005 and works like a champ, only with no video or anything fun) I bought 4 shares of Apple stock (with the $500 I had set aside for a new ipod) about two months ago at $122/share. I checked it today, $170! That Steve Jobs is ridiculous! Well this is my way of sticking it to the man!

Yea, they were really stressing the importance of family study. There should be no excuses now, ya know? It is a little sad though, cuz you get so close to the people in your bookstudy. But it makes sense why they did it.
i think some families ... do not do family study for one reason or another. hopefully this will help, and it's not another night to just watch TV or something.
Yeah, having an official "Family Worship" will be kinda cool. I think I'll treat it like the bookstudy but at home, and make sure we both prepare/study ahead of time and stuff
Yeah. Good way to look at it. I'll make our family study that night. It's convenient since we always had the book study a certain night of the week. Right now I do it with the kids on different nights. It's never a set day.
Was it clear that this should replace our family study? I'm not sure really. Our family study is the Weekly Bible Reading and Watchtower Study for the week.
I don't plan on moving those to replace the bookstudy. I think we'll keep that schedule, and for Family Worship we'll go through another book, or deeper subjects.
I thought they said that this would be a good opportunity to ensure the family study is done on a set day. Maybe I interpretted it wrong. I guess in my situation being Dad & Mom, it's hard to keep a set day for studying with the two of them. I do different things with the two of them and have to study individually with them. Jake does the Great Teacher book and Emily does the bible story book. Pretty soon it'll be on to the Young People ask book with Jake since he'll be hitting puberty in a couple of years. Scary thought...

I actually didn't know her name.. They just told me about her working at Bloomberg in the Sales department. I don't work with her tho & never met her. I work part time nights in the Global Data/Security Issuance department. I'm not a Bloomberg employee tho, but I've been on contract for over a year now. I was going to try to apply to get hired for an employee position soon. Because I'd like to know if they don't want to hire me yet at this point, I'm gonna start being more aggressive about trying to find employment elsewhere since temps have already left our project for jobs in New York City. Heather works at Bloomberg in Princeton, right? I work at the Princeton location myself.
